Returns Policy
We provide a 30-day return/exchange guarantee. If you have any questions regarding returns or exchanges, please contact us at xiansjc@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, you need to provide the order number and email as proof of purchase. Also, ensure that the returned item includes all accessories, is unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with all original tags and packaging.
Please note that for non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If you return the item for personal reasons such as choosing the wrong product, no longer needing it, you feel the product is of poor quality, we will offer only an 80% refund.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Keep in mind that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and returned items may be rejected if they do not meet the above requirements.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product in our warehouse, we will process the refund as a credit card or PayPal refund.

Cancellation or Change Order
To cancel an order, email us at xiansjc@outlook.com with your name and order number. If your item hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it and refund your full payment via the original method.
Orders already shipped or processed cannot be cancelled; please refer to our return policy. Since some items ship immediately, please inquire beforehand.
For orders that have not yet been dispatched, it is possible to change the product or the address free of charge, please let us know your needs in the email. Changing the address of an order that has already been shipped requires a handling fee, which depends on the charges of the logistics company, please consult our customer service.
Order cancellations may incur a 20% shipping fee if the merchandise is already in process by our vendor.
Return Procedure
1. Contact our customer service to explain why you want to return the product, and provide related videos or photos if necessary.
2. Our customer service will send a prepaid return shipping label (RL) to your email.
3. Print out the RL and attach it to the original package. Return the package to us within 30 days; otherwise, the RL will become invalid.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, Hicomony will process the refund within 2 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Damages or Loss of Items in Transit
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery and promptly reach out to us if you encounter any defects, damage, or if an incorrect item was received.
Remember to adhere to carrier policies by contacting us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, accompanied by clear photographic evidence for any concealed damages. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may impact our ability to ensure a resolution for damaged items, and we may not be liable for their replacement.
Please also contact us within 48 hours if your parcel is lost.
Refund Processing Times
1. If the product has not been shipped, we will process the refund within 2 days. If the product has been shipped, we will begin processing the refund after we have received and inspected the returned products.
2. The refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
